By responding to our request on social media with the hashtag #YesSeeland, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You give Outfit International A/S (CVR: 15049847) a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to modify and use the specific content you replied to with #YesSeeland, hereafter referred to as picture(s), for all marketing and promotion purposes, including but not limited to our website, Instagram, Facebook, and e-mail marketing.

Outfit International does not offer any payment to the owners of content.

You also certify that:

• You are above 18 years old and the rightful owner of the picture(s)
• You have been granted the right from people appearing in your picture(s), to transfer all rights herein.
• That the picture(s) does not violate any laws.
• That using your picture(s) does not violate the rights of any third-party company.
  
  

If you want to withdraw your consent
Should you somehow wish to withdraw your consent, please get in touch with us using the contact information by clicking here. Furthermore, you can also notify us by clicking on the “I”-icon found in the lower-left corner of the image you appear on and want to be removed.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you grant Outfit International A/S the right to use the specific content until further notice, even if you at some point remove the #YesSeeland hashtag.
